You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data from Riolls Jewels.
This page is open to all users, app users, and customers. If you are already signed in, you can also delete your account immediately via your Account Profile. Otherwise, submit the form below and our privacy team will process it within 30 days.

What data is deleted?
Your account login credentials, saved addresses, wishlist items, AI Studio custom generated concepts, and newsletter preferences will be permanently wiped from our database.
How long does deletion take?
Most requests are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Under GDPR, CCPA, and app store compliance standards, all requests are completed within a maximum of 30 days.
Are past invoices retained?
We may retain certain minimal financial transaction and tax compliance records for the legally mandated period as required by applicable commercial accounting laws.
